The Swallow came across this tip to storing leftover egg yolks: cover them in water while storing in the refrigerator to keep them from drying out.
She has yet to find out if this tip works. Maybe one day, when she decides to try out those recipes which require only egg whites. Maybe.
But it's good to know.
