Easy Chicken Chops

When pressed for time, this Easy Chicken Chop recipe can be served with rice, noodles or pasta, and a dish of steamed vegetables to make a complete meal.  Preparation and cooking takes less than an hour.

EASY CHICKEN CHOPS (serves 4)

Ingredients

600g boneless chicken legs
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp light soya sauce
1/2 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
A little butter

Method
  1. Marinate the chicken with the other ingredients, except butter, for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Rub a little butter on a non-stick frying pan.
  3. Heat the pan at medium.  When the pan is hot, lay the chicken pieces, skin-side, on the frying pan.
  4. Fry for 15 minutes, turning the chicken pieces at 5-minutes intervals and ending with the skin-side.
