Resting in Jesus, a Daily Commitment

Like the water she has committed to drinking daily to ensure good physical health, she wants to be committed to rest in Jesus daily for good spiritual and mental health. Looking to Him to lead and guide her. Waiting for His direction rather than plunging headlong into unwise situations. Spending time reading His word first before checking her messages or reading the news.
Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again

Psalm 23:1-4 (NIV)
The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside quiet waters, He restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

Not be in want.

Soul restored.

Notice how the "He" became "You"? That's the type of relationship that the Swallow hopes to have with her Lord.

Personal.

Intimate.

And that can only come as she spends time with Him. Daily.

John 4:14 (NKJV)
But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.
