PIZZA BASE #1 (serves 1 - 2)
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- Mix flour and salt together in a medium-sized bowl.
- Add milk gradually, mixing the ingredients until a lump of dough forms.
- Continue kneading the dough until it is smooth. If necessary, add more flour, 1 tbsp each time.
- Stretch and press the dough to the size of the toaster oven tray.
