Most recipes can be simple and easily prepared. However, due to men's thirst for originality and creativity, these basic recipes have been modified, changed and recreated, and thus may require more time for preparation and cooking.
Life has its seasons. When the Swallow's young ones were younger, time spent in the kitchen was limited. The Swallow had to rely very much on the basic and simple recipes to get her through. Simple is not necessarily boring. When given a box, think out of it...
Now that the young ones have grown, the Swallow has even more time to play around in the kitchen.
