BLUEBERRY CUPCAKES (makes about 24 cupcakes)

Ingredients
- 125g fresh blueberries
- 500g Optima ready mix flour
- 5 eggs, at room temperature
- 50g butter, at room temperature
- 100ml water
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners.
- Beat the butter with a hand whisk.
- Add the eggs, one at a time. After each addition, mix it well with the butter.
- Add the flour and mix well.
- Add the water and mix well.
- Add the blueberries and mix well.
- Fill liners to a level about 3mm from the top.
- Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
- Baking time and temperature may vary for different oven models.
